HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the General Information that we collect to be able to provide an offer to purchase rights to receive future annuity payments from you and for no other purpose. We don’t sell your information to any third party; however we may share information we collect to a third party to assist with a transaction such as but not limited to court clerks, child support offices, credit reporting agencies, life insurance agents (for life contingent annuity transfers), original settlement attorney, outside counsel for Factor Financial, and staff working for the insurance companies that issue or own your annuity.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
